How SparkHelpDesk handles your information
What you provide
You can use SparkHelpDesk without creating an account or providing an email address. When you describe a problem or select a situation, that description is used to show a planning result. If you choose to email yourself the next-step plan, you provide an email address.
What we record
We record an anonymous session identifier, the situation you select (if any), the plan you are shown, and behavioral events such as copying the plan or opening the booking page. If you voluntarily provide contact information, it is stored with the session so Agenda can follow up.
How we use it
Your description and result help Agenda prepare for a conversation if you choose to book one. We do not sell your information. We do not expose one visitor’s information to another visitor.
What we do not do
SparkHelpDesk does not remotely inspect, test, verify, or diagnose your systems. It does not access your terminals, accounts, or network. Do not enter passwords, cardholder data, guest information, employee records, account numbers, merchant information, or other confidential data into this tool.
Analytics
We use analytics to understand how the tool is used and improve it. UTM parameters, click IDs, and the referring page may be preserved through a booking link so we can attribute the conversation to the right source. We never include email addresses, names, or sensitive restaurant data in analytics.
